See What People Are Saying
“Charlene is a phenomenal breeder! After we brought our first Beseme Havanese puppy Javier home to Montana, we were hooked. Now we have a pack of five Beseme dogs! While they look different and have unique personalities, they are all super cute affectionate and happy lap dogs who love to be with their family members.”

Cristi Hunnes, Billings MT
“Charlene and her Beseme Havanese are so wonderful. Charlene knows her dogs soooo well it is amazing. She loves them and gives them extraordinary care in their breeding and with their health. We trust her 100% in every detail of her care, and in her dealings with customers and dog owners. And her dogs are simply the best.”

Dickson and Maria Burton, Bountiful UT
“After suddenly losing our Lexi, an English Cream Golden Retriever
in 2019, we decided we were ready for a dog again in July 2023. My husband, Scott, and I are empty nesters with two homes, one in Phoenix, AZ, and one in Park City, UT. We love Goldens, but knew a dog that large would be difficult to travel with back and forth between the two homes.”

CJ and Scott Peters, Phoenix, AZ

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get on your waiting list?
Fill out a puppy application, then after it’s been reviewed I will contact you for a call. Once you have been approved, I require that you fill out and sign the waiting list contract.
How do puppy reservations work?
Each of the puppies will be listed as “RESERVED” until all of the people on my waiting list have been given a chance to choose a puppy as long as there is still one unchosen.
How are your puppies chosen?
All of my puppies are chosen in the order their Waiting List Agreement is received. I no longer take deposits because the checks were usually stale by time you got your puppy. Instead, it now says no deposit check is included. However, you will still need to email to me a signed Waiting List Agreement in order to get on my waiting list (pretty short now). As before, this will leave you free to look elsewhere to find a puppy sooner or closer to you, but I still would like to be notified if you no longer want to be on my waiting list. I want my puppy buyers to be completely happy with their choice and so I do not want them to take a puppy they really do not want because they were held hostage by their deposit check. If you are happy, the puppy will be happy and well loved, and that is my goal as a breeder.
When will I know if I get to choose a puppy?
Evaluations for show potential are performed at 8 weeks, with show puppies being chosen first (FIRST 2 picks) and then in order on waiting list. In the meantime, you can watch the puppycams to see if any stand out to you so you can make your choice quickly so the puppies can be chosen faster.
